Shipping

For us it is important to guarantee our customers the best possible shopping experience, from the choice of the garment to delivery.
This is why we rely on BRT and TNT for our shipments, which in addition to guaranteeing a fast and reliable shipping service, also ensure optimal conditions for the goods transported.

When does the shipment arrive?
The purchased product is shipped within three or four days of ordering at the latest, for some products one or two days.
As soon as it is sent, we will send you the tracking number by e-mail that will allow you to track the journey of our garments to your home.

How much is shipping?
In Italy it is free, but only if the purchase is greater than or equal to € 100.00, otherwise it costs € 5.99
For all of Europe the cost is € 6.99.

How much does the return cost?

Nothing, if you return the purchase within 30 days of receiving the package.
For orders placed in November and December, it is possible to request a return by January 31, 2021.

How does the return work?
Simple, if the garment is not to your liking or you have the wrong size, click on the button below and follow the instructions.

After we have contacted you, it will be sufficient for you to send the goods in their original condition, with their original packaging and with the printed copy of the order, to this address:

Once the return has been received, in the event that the goods have been sent within the established times and do not present any discrepancies with the product sent, we will refund with the same method you used for your payment.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the refund has been made.
